GENERAL EVENT QUESTIONS
GETTING THERE AND PARKING
Eats and Beats Street Series will be held Saturday 27 June 2026 from 4pm - 8pm on Tongarra Road, Albion Park.
Tongarra Rd will be closed between Terry and Russell Streets from 3pm to 10pm to allow for setup and pack down.
McGrath Lane will be closed from 2pm to allow for additional setup.
Hamilton Road will be closed from 3pm and open to local traffic only (buses and those seeking to access RSL car park).
Detours will be in place along Russell Street and Taylor Road.
No, our event is FREE and no tickets are required. Simply rock up and enjoy!
Plenty of free activities will be on offer however market stalls, food vendors and local businesses will still charge for their goods and services.
Council is proudly partnering with Albion Park Primary School who will be bringing amusement rides as a fundraising initiative for their school. Unlimited ride wristbands will be sold on the night for $35 and single ride passes for $8. The school may also run small fundraising activities that may have a small associated fee.
All performances including those on our main stage, local creative groups, acoustic sets and roving entertainment are free as well as a variety of activities including:
Parkour challenge course
Glow Face Painting
Arts and Craft activities
Variety of fun and engaging activities provided by local businesses

Be sure to bring the whole family for an amazing night full of entertainment.
Tongarra Road and the nearby Albion Park Shopping Village is abundant with plenty of eateries. Make sure you support our local business and grab some dinner then dine on the streets under festoon lighting!
This year there will also be a Food Truck Zone offering a variety of additional food stalls that complement existing eateries.
Our Sweet Zone will also be back this time in Mood Park where you can find drinks, snacks and treats to satisfy all sugar cravings!

Your attendance at this event grants your permission to be in these photos or videos, which may be used in printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications.
Please look out for our event photographers wearing yellow high vis vests and let them know you do not wish to be photographed. You can also inform an event organiser who can provide you with a wrist band so you are easily identifiable by photographers.
We recommend leaving your pets at home. Pets may feel anxious around crowds, event lighting or in loud event settings.
All guide dogs and support dogs are welcome!
Eats and Beats is a vape and smoke-free event.
Event staff and security staff will be able to assist with found items. If you lose an item you can email events@shellharbour.nsw.gov.au
Lost children should be reported to Police, Security or inform Event Staff who will then notify Police if necessary.
