Get ready, Albion Park – something exciting is on the way!​

Shellharbour City Council is bringing the Eats and Beats Street Series to town, lighting up Tongarra Road with a magical mix of food, live music and activities!

Think street dining, live music, outdoor cinema, silent disco, roving performers and tonnes of FREE activities

... even the fairy floss glows!

Saturday 5 July 2025, from 4pm to 8pm.

STREETS

Eats & Beats is bringing Albion Park to life along Tongarra Road, with on-street dining, live entertainment and family-friendly activities taking over the main street and surrounding parks.

To help make your experience smooth and enjoyable, we’ve put together all the essential information about road closures, parking, public transport and how to get to and from the event safely.

GETTING THERE

BY CAR

Tongarra Road will be closed between Terry Street and Russell Street from 3pm – 10pm.

 

Event parking is at Con O'Keefe Oval, a short walk to the event via signed footpaths.

Some side street parking may be available. Please check road signage.

CON O'KEEFE OVAL

Event parking will be managed by Albion Park RFS volunteers, who’ll also assist pedestrians at key intersections.

We ask attendees to use the Con O’Keefe Oval parking and keep nearby private car parks available for local business customers.

RIDE OR SHARE

We also encourage attendees to walk, ride or carpool where possible to help reduce congestion and make the event more enjoyable for everyone.

We kindly ask you to please be respectful to residents when walking to and from the event zone.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Getting to the event is easy with the extensive local bus network. With multiple routes servicing the area, it’s a convenient and stress-free way to travel.
