Jamberoo Junior Rugby League Football Club

The funds raised will be used towards the costs of jersey kits, training shirts, and training equipment and helping us keep registration fees low so they are extremely affordable for families. Additionally, these funds will help pay for player insurance. We are one of the smaller rugby league clubs and as a family-based club, we aim to provide as much as possible for the kids to ensure they have an enjoyable season and there isn't too much of a financial burden on families so that kids are able to play sport and have fun.

Albion Park Show Society

The funds raised will go towards continuing to hold our annual Agricultural Show. This event is a cherished tradition, bringing the community together to celebrate local agriculture, showcase talents, and provide entertainment for all ages.

The support from this fundraiser helps cover the costs of organising the show, including venue expenses, equipment, prizes, and activities. By ensuring the event remains accessible and enjoyable, we can continue to foster community spirit and highlight the importance of agriculture in our region. Your contribution plays a vital role in keeping this much-loved event going for years to come.

Warilla Lake South Minor Rugby League Football Club

The funds raised at this event will directly support our junior rugby league football club by helping to cover the costs of essential equipment, uniforms, and facility maintenance. Additionally, the money will be used to fund coaching programs, player development, and ensure that all children, regardless of their background, can participate in the sport. Funds raised will allow us to continue providing a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for our young athletes in our local community.

Shellharbour Community Lions Club

We are a new Lions Club dedicated to serving the Shellharbour Community. As part of our mission, we aim to support local causes and organisations that make a difference in the lives of others. At the end of the financial year, the funds raised will be divided up and donated to a variety of charities, helping to address different needs within our community. Your support will enable us to continue this important work, ensuring that the funds go towards making a positive impact where it’s needed most.

Central Oak Flats Scout Group

The funds raised by the Central Oak Flats Scout Group will go towards an exciting and enriching opportunity for our scouts—a fully funded snow trip in 2025. This adventure will give our young members a chance to experience the wonders of the snow, build teamwork and leadership skills, and create unforgettable memories.

By participating in this trip, our scouts will not only have fun but also learn valuable life skills in a unique environment. The funds will cover travel, accommodation, and all necessary gear, ensuring that every scout can participate without financial barriers.

Albion Park Evening Branch of CWA

Our Association raises funds for Disaster Relief and Medical Research as well as supporting women living in isolation. Our Branch has supported our local schools with catering for special activities, such as Grandparents Day, Spring Fair, Domestic Violence Awareness Day and end of year activities. We also teach craft to children who have socialisation issues. Funds raised at this event would help us to continue to support these endeavours as well as serving any future needs in our local community.

Legacy Allstars

We are currently trying to fundraise for our first ever international cheerleading team to take on THE FINALS in Orlando next year in May. The team consists of 25 members and we are trying to raise funds to lessen the impact of costs on these families. We are hoping to make our community proud of our efforts at the competition, while making dreams come true for performing on an international stage.

Five Islands Outrigger Canoe Club

The funds raised will go towards purchasing paddles and safety equipment, such as Personal Flotation Devices (PFDs), to provide to novices trialling outrigger canoeing. This ensures that everyone, regardless of experience, can enjoy the sport safely.

Additionally, the money will be used to purchase a defibrillator, further enhancing safety for all participants. These essential items will allow us to offer a secure and welcoming environment for newcomers, while also ensuring we have the necessary equipment to respond to emergencies. Your support plays a crucial role in making outrigger canoeing accessible and safe for everyone.

The Dwarte Family McDonald Charity Donation

The Dwarte Family McDonald's restaurants are raising funds for the Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) Family Room at Wollongong Hospital.

These Family Rooms provide a comforting, non-clinical space where families can find respite while their children receive in or outpatient treatment. With the help of dedicated volunteers, families can enjoy light meals, beverages, and access to amenities like a laundry, shower, play space, and quiet area—all free of charge.

Your support helps RMHC continue to offer these vital services to local families during challenging times. They will be offering McDonald's orange juice on the day for a $1 gold donation.
